PREPARATION: BEFORE TAKING YOUR NOURISHING SPA BATH:
Pour 2 tablespoons (35ml) of the Ultimate Omega Oil into a small bowl and leave to reach room temperature... or gently warm through. This will be used later to moisturize or massage your body.

Take a shower or bath and thoroughly scrub your entire body to remove all surface dirt and oils. This will clean and open your pores to allow maximum absorption.

  • Refill the bath with clean warm / hot water.

  • Then add...
  • 1 cup (8 oz / 250g) Celtic Sea-salt; 2 tablespoons of GRAMMA'S Ultimate Omega Oil

  • 8 drops of lavender essential oil…and mix in the bath water.

  • Wrap your hair with a towel or shower cap.

  • Immerse your entire body in the bath and simply enjoy this relaxing soak for at least 30 minutes or more. If the water cools, top it up with hot water to maintain the heat.

  • NOTE: DO NOT USE SOAP OR WET YOUR HAIR.

  • When finished, rinse your whole body with clean warm water and towel dry.

  • Massage your body from head to toe with the GRAMMA'S Ultimate Omega Oil (prepared earlier).

  • Finish by wiggling 'the toes' with your fingers a few times (in a gentle circular motion). Repeat the same with your 'fingers' on both hands. *This stimulates the 'lymphatic-glands' and activates drainage.

BODY MOISTURISER:



Use as a Body Moisturiser for soft, smooth, supple and glowing skin.

APPLY: as a rich body moisturizer for beautiful smooth, supple skin that glows. Use as a massage oil, or to reduce stretch-marks. Plus, being anti-viral, anti-fungal, anti-bacterial, it is perfect for skin disorders such as nappy rash & cradle-cap; eczema, acne, dermatitis, psoriasis, hives, sunburn, as well as, asthma and hay fever.


  • Pour a small amount (2 tablespoons / 35ml) into a dish and leave at room temperature for at least ½ a day before using it to massage into your skin.

  • Use after a warm bath / shower or whenever you wish to moisturise.






HAIR CONDITIONER:



Use as a conditioner to promote gloriously shiny, manageable healthy hair; which also helps to reduce dandruff and flaky scalp use as a hair conditioner.

  • AFRO-HAIR. Apply a small amount on scalp and hair, massage, comb out and style..

  • CAUCASIAN-HAIR. Apply a small amount on scalp and hair, massage, comb out, then wrap hair in cling- film...wrap over with a hot (dry) towel. Leave on for an hour, then shampoo.

  • Alternatively, leave in (wrapped in the cling-film) overnight and shampoo next morning.
