When completing your order online, if you know you will not be at home to receive the delivery, you can tell us where you would like your parcel to be left... this is called a Safe Place. For example (in the Special Instructions box), you can opt to leave your parcel with a neighbour, or in a trusted location (such as a garage or front porch). Alternatively you can request delivery be made to an 'alternative address' such as - your place of work.
You can also check the progress of your order by using our carriers online tracking service, however, in the unfortunate event that a carrier misses you, there are a number of options available to ensure that delivery is made as quickly and conveniently as possible. Please read notes beside each carrier for available options. Carriers should always leave a card to show they have attempted delivery.
