In the unfortunate event of loss or damage to any product(s) purchased, please contact us without delay to arrange a replacement or refund. When we respond, you will be asked to do the following...
1. Retain the damaged item(s) and packaging. *(FOR LIQUIDS, return photographic evdence only of the damage; and discard any broken glass).
2. Return the above with a copy of your invoice. Your postage will be refunded upon receipt.
Once all has been received, we will contact you to organise a replacement or refund.
